Your GluteDoper Coaching subscriptions begins the day you sign up, once received we will set you up with an account on TruCoach and begin assigning you programming immediately. You are paying for the upcoming month of service each time your account is billed. Cancellation of service can be initiated anytime by messaging your coach and requesting cancellation. Cancellation of service occurs at the end of the most recent service term paid for. No pro-rating of service schedule, each month of service is paid in full. You will be provided with GluteDoping Exercise Programming and Remote Coaching via the app TruCoach and have access to Direct Messaging to your GluteDoper Coach 24/7 for exercise technique coaching and cycling performance questions and teachings. Responses will be returned within 24 hours, Monday through Friday 9am-5pm Pacific Time.

How GluteDoper Coaching works: The Deliverables to YOU. 

Getting better is NOT as simple as "follow the exercises and hope for the best". GluteDoping training is about collaboration and communication. Your GluteDoper Coach will work with you to identify your specific limiting factors for cycling performance and design a customized GluteDoping exercise program to develop you into the rider your desire.

 

 Your GluteDoper Coach will help you accelerate your progress through:

  1. Customized GluteDoping Programming to fit your specific goals and lifestyle no matter how busy or how grand your aspirations are, GluteDoping uses the power of specificity and consistency to get you there.
  2. Remote Technique Coaching to guarantee that you are doing things right and developing your technique into more advanced power and control.
  3. Direct Message Access to your GluteDoper Coach for guidance and support in ALL aspects of being a bike rider including: On-bike drill recommendations, equipment adjustments, rest & recovery practices, post-guide analysis, and more. Think of your GluteDoper Coach as your personal cycling performance consultant. If we don’t have an answer, it’s our job to go find it so YOU can focus on you.

 

All GluteDoper Coaching is done remotely anytime anywhere in the world. You will have a training account on our app "TruCoach" in which a GluteDoper Coach (Real-live human!) will be available 24/7 through

The GluteDoping Training Phases:

GluteDoping is a discipline for training YOU to develop the knowledge skills and abilities to be the best bike rider you can be through a combination of off-bike cycling-specific exercise programming and GluteDoper Coaching assistance to help you carry-over that ability to the saddle.

 

GluteDoping follows a 4-phase lifecycle:

ReStore. ReBuild. ReTrain. Rip-It. 

ReStore: The focus is restoration of your fundamental movement abilities as a human including any ongoing muscle compensation patterns, minor pain syndromes, and postural problems from living modern-life. All training is done on the floor and focuses on developing the Glute and Core control patterns that are essential to all riding techniques at any intensity.

 

ReBuild: The focus is ReBuilding HOW to integrate all the parts of your body together specifically for the cycling techniques of seated power, standing power, handling, and applying then to the demands of the real world. All training is done through the postures of: quadruped, bridging, half kneel, and tall kneel since they most accurately reproduce the demands of the cycling riding position. This phase is where you build the density of training and ability to make sure that all common problems are no longer a threat.

 

ReTrain: The focus is integrating your entire body back onto your feet in standing exercise positions. This adds the component of balance that is the pathway to power on the bike. Development of ability through double leg and single leg exercises progressing through all possible planes of motion and power-generating angles, you will start to unlock a new level of ability on the bike in any conditions because your body has been trained to be strong and stable no matter what happens.

 

Rip-It: The focus is on the “discipline specific demands” of YOUR bike riding. Everything from group rides, cir racing, Time trials, gravel adventures, cross-country mountain biking…you name it, GluteDoping Rip-It phase has specific programming to maximize your ability in whatever arena you find yourself in.

 

GluteDoping Programming Details:

Each week your training program on our app "TruCoach" is updated by a GluteDoper Coach to fit the specific demands of both your lifestyle and your riding goals in relation to your current status. There are only 3 types of problems you can have, GluteDoping is designed to systematically re-train your body to NOT have these problems and unlock more POWER while destroying pain. 

Each week of programming in the GluteDoping Phases is centered around the 4-Pillars of GluteDoping (aka the performance habits to build your GAINZ, and ultimately support you with Sustained GAINZ daily-over-decades)

GluteDopers KNOW the planes of motion to train in so that you can make all the GAINZ.

Pillar 1: Daily Mobility Magic (Consistent work on developing and maintaining the muscle and joint flexibility required to thrive under the demands of cycling)

 

Pillar 2: Pre-Ride Activation, ALWAYS (Guarantee a great ride with Your "pre-launch" activation routine to fire-up all your cycling specific ability systems.)

 

Pillar 3: GluteDoping STANDARDS (These are the fundamental abilities that unlock your cycling specific techniques and power through the methodical build-up of rudimentary exercises into more complex cycling technique drills that have direct carry over into your riding style.)
